Skiing is a dangerous activity and you take part at your own risk. No responsibility will be taken by Terry Jeynes Coaching Ltd. for any accidents or injuries however caused.
Terry Jeynes Ski Coaching Ltd. take no responsibility for any facilities such as ski lifts or misting systems not working on the day of the coaching session.
Full payment is required at the time of booking and the session can only be guaranteed once full payment has been made.
If the client arrives late for a session then it may not be possible to give the full time agreed due to following booked sessions and no refund will be given. Terry Jeynes Ski Coaching Ltd. will however make every effort to do so.
If Terry Jeynes Ski Coaching Ltd. has to cancel the session, the session will be moved by mutual agreement or refunded.
Terry Jeynes Ski Coaching Ltd. requires at least 7 days notice for the client to cancel a session and receive a full refund. It may be possible to move the session to another date in exceptional circumstances.
The client is responsible for having the correct clothing i.e. long sleeves, long trousers and gloves. It will not be possible to ski without these and no refund will be given. Gloves may be purchased at the ski centre.
