• What do your prices include?
  The cost of our coaching packages are inclusive of coaching, slope fees and ski hire.
• Do you teach beginners?
  No, we have partnered with Gloucester Ski & Snowboard Centre who offer both private and group beginner lessons. If you would like a private lesson, please contact us before you book. 
• Do you teach children?
  Yes, we teach children providing they are able to perform linked turns and use the lift.
• What do I need to wear?
  At Gloucester Ski & Snowboard Centre and Swadlincote Snowsports Centre, you will need to wear a long sleeved top, gloves, loose-fitting full-length trousers and a jacket if it is raining. There is a misting system on the slope that may get your clothes wet and they may get muddy under certain conditions. Helmets are available and recommended. At Tamworth Snowdome, you will need warm clothing including a jacket and gloves. Helmets are compulsory and provided if needed.
• What equipment is included?
  Skis, poles, boots and a helmet are all included in the recreational price. You are, of course, welcome to use your own.
• When do I need to pay?
  Full payment is required at the time of booking and the session can only be guaranteed once full payment has been made.
• Do you offer a discount if I book multiple sessions?
  Yes, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
• How much notice do I need to give you in order to cancel a session?
  We require at least 7 days notice to cancel a session to receive a full refund.
• Do you cancel due to bad weather?
  At Gloucester Ski & Snowboard Centre and Swadlincote Snowsports Centre, we run the sessions in all weather conditions. It is an outdoor activity and you should dress according to the weather. The only exception is lightening as the slope and lift system contains metal. In this case it may be necessary to move your session or modify the times to allow for the storm to pass. At Tamworth Snowdome, sessions are not affected by the weather and will therefore run regardless of any weather conditions.
